ob description:

1. Be responsible for the patent work of the designated business department, including: tracking product development projects, patent mining, guidance and review of patent technical disclosure, writing of patent application documents, reply to official review opinions, invalidation review, patent training, etc.;

2. Conduct patent research, analysis, monitoring and early warning for the supported business department as required;

3. Assist in the application and process management of patent-related projects;

4. Handle other patent-related work that assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Be honest and upright, careful and rigorous, diligent and practical, with strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team cooperation ability;

2. Bachelor degree or master degree in science or engineering, major in electronics, communication, computer, mechanical is preferred;

3. With ability to write patent application documents and reply to review opinions independently, with patent agent qualification certificate is preferred;

4. At least 2 years of relevant working experience, with good patent search ability, with patent mining, writing, review experience in intelligent device is preferred;

5. With good communication skills, clear logic thinking, able to working under high pressure , organize and coordinate resources from all parties to complete related work.
