He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of intellectual property, has worked in patent agencies and law firms for many years, during which he has acted as an agent for more than 1,000 patent applications for Huawei, Lenovo, Tencent, BOE, ZTE, Baidu, Midea and other companies，as well as thousands patent OA and re-examination response cases, and has acted as an agent in oral trial of ZTE patent invalidation case.
He has been engaged in intellectual property management in well-known high-tech companies for many years. During which he was mainly responsible for enterprise’s patent technology mining, domestic and foreign patent layout and applications, patent forewarning analysis, competitor patent intelligence tracking analysis, patent infringement analysis, FTO due diligence (guide R&D personel to design products that avoid such technical characteristics), exhibition intellectual property protection, internal intellectual property training of enterprises, etc.; and responsible for the evaluation of patent value in the process of enterprise mergers and acquisitions (on patent stability, unavoidability, effectiveness, product relevance, market prospect and other aspects); and also led and participated in a number of patent invalidation, patent litigation and patent administrative enforcement cases, successfully protected the product market, effectively combated patent infringements, and got rich experience accordingly.
